Eliminar tu cuenta de Soniar

Opción 1: desde la app (inmediato)

  1. Abrí Soniar e iniciá sesión.
  2. Tocá el ícono de perfil, arriba a la derecha.
  3. Bajá hasta el final y tocá Eliminar mi cuenta.
  4. Confirmá dos veces. Tu cuenta y tus datos se borran en el momento.

Opción 2: por email

Si no podés entrar a la app, escribinos desde el email con el que te registraste, con el asunto “Eliminar cuenta”. Procesamos el pedido dentro de los 30 días.

Qué se elimina

  • Tu perfil (nombre de usuario, género, preferencias).
  • Todos tus sueños, interpretaciones e imágenes guardadas.
  • Tus publicaciones en el feed de la comunidad y las reacciones que recibieron o diste.
  • Tus notificaciones y los registros técnicos asociados a tu cuenta.
  • Tu cuenta de acceso (inicio de sesión con Google o email).

Qué se conserva

Si pagaste una suscripción, los comprobantes de pago pueden conservarse el tiempo que exija la ley, a cargo del procesador de pagos. No conservamos ningún otro dato tuyo.

Delete your Soniar account

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

  1. Open Soniar and sign in.
  2. Tap the profile icon at the top right.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm twice. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2: by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address you signed up with, using the subject “Delete account”. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (username, gender, preferences).
  • All your dreams, interpretations and saved images.
  • Your community feed posts and the reactions they received or you gave.
  • Your notifications and technical logs linked to your account.
  • Your login account (Google or email sign-in).

What is kept

If you paid for a subscription, payment receipts may be kept by the payment processor for as long as the law requires. We keep no other data about you.
